That local knowledge extends to the details that trip up out-of-town agents. Perc tests, deed restrictions, and utility access, the kind of thing you only get right by knowing the area, not just the market.
She’s at the Thursday night concerts at Depot Park most summer evenings, and Saturday mornings usually find her at the farmers market before it gets too hot. She also owns Gather NC, a shop just downtown, so when she says she’s rooted here, she means it literally.
